Renaissance Care Center provides the highest level of skilled care outside of a hospital setting, Our Skilled Nursing Care is a unique residential environment where 24 hour nursing care and supervision is provided for those with various complex needs, behavioral/dementia care and other long-term nursing services. Our primary goal is to help individuals function at the highest level possible, by providing the care they need to recover from an illness or surgery or to manage a chronic condition. RCC provides 24 hour nursing and include:
